We are seeking a friendly and organized full time Unit Clerk to join the St.
Johnland team! Our Unit Clerk will support our Adult Day Health Services and will be responsible for handling our general office tasks such as, filing, typing, and other administrative duties to help ensure a smooth operation of our program.
The Unit Clerk develops schedules, enters and maintains data, prepares reports, and other office correspondence.

Greeting Adult Day Health Care registrants and family Answering phones and directing as needed, filing charts, and keeping supplies stocked and organized Providing information concerning initial inquiries about our Adult Day Health Services and other offerings Maintains program statistics and prepares reports Assembles and debrides registrants discharge in an organized and timely manner Coordinate transportation with providers for new registrants and those with schedule changes Full Time - 37.
5 hours per week Pay:
$38,500 - $41,000 / year WHAT YOU NEED:
(Requirements/Qualifications) High School Diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excellent Time Management and multitasking skills Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent written and verbal communication WHO WE ARE:
